OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD

We are keen to work with skilled individuals with a strong interest in contributing to our work.   If you share our recognition of the role of gender in our journey towards sustainable development and would like to bring your own talents to our projects, we want to hear from you.

HOW YOU CAN HELP...

BRING YOUR SKILLS TO OUR TEAM

Our staff always benefit from skills transfers and welcome extra help and guidance.  We value the contribution from individuals keen to strengthen our impact and effectiveness and leave a worthwhile legacy.   Email us to discuss this further.

All applicants are screened and asked for an enhanced background check and will be expected to have the relevant safeguarding training either before or in-country. You will be required to sign the child safeguarding policies and procedures agreement before coming into contact with our beneficiaries.

FAQ's

IS THERE A FUNDRAISING TARGET?

Whilst we welcome fund-raising from all of our supporters,  we do not insist on payment from anybody willing to give up their own time and help strengthen our projects. As a non-profit organisation, we always need to raise extra funds but as a part of our ethos towards the sustainability of human capital, we do not expect applicants to pay us for giving up their time and skills.

Not only do we need funds but organising a campaign or fund-raising event is a great way to spread our message. if you would like, a member of our team will be able to help you guide you to set up a manageable campaign.

Of course, we do expect you to share our values and our mission.
