We welcome driven and enthusiastic individuals keen to contribute to our work.  You will be given assignments and responsibilities upon which our outcomes depend, and you will be expected to think outside the box.  Under our guidance, not micromanagement, we want you to use your own initiative, collaborate, and learn.

We are a collegiate team and we will provide you with a mentor and aim to tailor your development in line with your personal goals - committed volunteers will receive valuable work experience with the Secretariat in the non-profit sector and written references and recommendations in recognition of your contribution to our vital work.

We welcome applications from candidates transitioning to, currently on or graduated from a university course of study in International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, Human Rights, Law or related fields, keen to progress in the International Development sector.  A strong interest in gender, children's rights, sustainable and post crisis development,  will be very advantageous.

As a volunteer you choose your own hours and we ask you to not volunteer more than 5-hours per week.
